Cytta Corp holds and manages core technology assets and platform architecture, while related operating entities and special purpose vehicles are used to support specific applications, partnerships, and market deployments. Cytta Labs functions as an internal development and commercialization arm, supporting the incubation, testing, and scaling of new technologies and vertical solutions within the Cytta ecosystem. This structure allows for centralized governance and control, disciplined capital allocation, and flexibility to expand into new markets while maintaining long-term alignment between ownership, execution, and strategy.
